CTDI acquired the assets and products of Verso Technologies’ family of access products, including integrated access devices, access routers, optical access devices and bandwidth aggregators. This acquisition includes the Verilink 8000/6000, iMarc, WANSuite, XEL-CORE, ArcaDACS, Shark, Prism, Orion, Terra, AS2000, and NetEngine product lines, know as the Verilink product family.

The Verilink Products complement CTDI’s existing portfolio of Access products which includes the AccessNode/UE9000, eLuminant, XCel (GoDigital), and fiber optic product families. CTDI will provide new product availability, repair and technical support services, and enhanced engineering efforts to evolve the products with new offerings and features. CTDI manages all sales, service and support needs related to the Verilink Products.
